Taking measurements:
- Implementation on site
- Millimeter-precise measurement of the defined area
- Use of emco laser measuring device for complex contours
- Electronic post-processing of the contour
- For contours with bevels, curves or recesses: Creation of the technical design drawing including specification of the exact dimensions and positions as a laying plan
Laying the mat:
- Implementation on site
- Allocation of the supplied mat and mat parts to the respective entrance
- If required: Removal of old products from the mat bed
- If an old product is removed: cleaning of the mat bed.
- Laying the new Commercial entrance mats according to the installation plan
- Fine adjustment of the mat to the frame
