In Brussels, the Tweed office building recently underwent a sustainable transformation. It was decided to convert the property into a building that meets current standards: passive, modular, flexible, light and with a high environmental performance. The EPB standard applies and the building will be “Passive 2015”. In addition, it has been awarded the BREEAM certificate “excellent”.
